Foreman at Aquascape Creations
Alexis is our longest-serving employee and an important part of the Aquascape Creations team. His relationship with our company began even before he officially joined us, as Jorge had the opportunity to meet and work alongside him on previous projects.
From the beginning, Alexis demonstrated the strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn that we value in every team member. Over time, he has become a valuable asset to our Bay Area pond construction company and has earned the position of foreman.
Growing Into a Leadership Role
Alexis is willing to take on nearly any task required to complete a project properly. Whether he is helping with excavation, setting boulders, installing pond components, or handling detailed finishing work, he approaches each responsibility with dedication.
His willingness to work hard, learn different aspects of pond construction, and support the rest of the crew has helped him develop into a capable foreman. In this role, Alexis helps guide our field team and keeps projects moving according to our standards.
We have high hopes for his future and long-term plans for him within Aquascape Creations. We look forward to seeing him continue growing as a craftsman and leader.

Outside of work, Alexis is a devoted family man. We know how much he cares about his wife and daughter and how hard he works to provide for and take care of them.
That sense of responsibility is also reflected in the way he approaches his work. He is someone our company can rely on, whether the project involves building a koi pond, installing a pondless waterfall, constructing a recreation pond, or helping another crew member complete a difficult task.
